A.i.R Heads

In collaboration with my fellow Artists in Residence, I oversaw the end to end management of two exhibitions in partnership with the Birmingham Design Festival and The Framers Gallery. One exhibition was held on location at The Framers, while the other was showcased at Birmingham City University. 

We set up the exhibitions by securing our venue and installing the artwork and decor with The Framers, creating and managing social media accounts for the exhibitions, and creating promotional posters (I screen printed 30 pieces), and overseeing all the other aspects of event planning such as procuring food and drinks, all within a tight schedule. 

The first exhibition drew 200 attendees on its opening night. The second was promoted on Birmingham City University’s Instagram account, and was also featured during the university’s Open Day.
